Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique that allows you to deeply relax and rejuvenate both your body and mind. In class, Eve will guide you through a series of gentle, yet powerful, relaxation techniques designed to help you reach a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
Eve will begin with some gentle stretching and breathing exercises to help you release any physical tension or stress that you may be holding in your body. From there, we will move into the Yoga Nidra practice, which involves lying down comfortably on your back and following a guided meditation that takes you through different levels of consciousness and awareness.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is suitable for anyone who is looking to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being.
Please wear warm and comfortable clothes and bring a mat and any extra props you may need for the experience.
